Finding Your Voice
Mental Health Workshop Series

The Experience

Stop settling for being "fine" and start being heard. This is an intimate, in-person group designed for adults ready to move past people-pleasing and self-doubt. In this supportive space, you will learn to bridge the gap between what you feel and what you say.

What to Expect: A blend of guided reflection, communication skills-building and group processing.

  • Intimate Setting: Strictly limited to 5 participants to ensure personalized support and deep connection.

  • Safe Environment: A brief, no-cost screening call is required to ensure the group is a healthy fit for your goals.

The Journey

Over seven weeks, we will move through a curriculum designed to build your "assertiveness muscle":

  • Internal Alignment: Honoring all parts of yourself and identifying your needs.

  • The Power of "No": Setting boundaries and asserting your voice—even when it feels scary.

  • Healthy Connection: Navigating conflict without chaos and building deeper, more authentic relationships.

Logistics

  • When: Thursdays, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Dates: April 23 – June 4 (7 Sessions)

  • Where: Freedom Counseling Group | 2377 Gold Meadow Way, Suite 134, Gold River, CA

  • Investment: $455 for the full journey. (Calculated at $65/session.)

Therapy, unlike anxiety medication, treats more than just the symptoms of the problem. Participating in a workshop can help uncover the underlying causes of fears and phobias to help you overcome the roots of your anxiety and help you learn how to relax, and develop better coping and problem-solving skills.
