“I like you just the way you are.”

Do your connections with others feel unnatural?

Do you often feel like you're navigating a world that wasn’t designed for you?

When you want to take action, does anxiety, overthinking, or a sense of inertia hold you back?

Therapy can help.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected—to want meaningful relationships but struggle to navigate the social world. As an autistic individual with OCD, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of communication, loneliness, and self-doubt. I used to obsess over social missteps, feeling inadequate no matter how hard I tried to connect with others.

But through my journey, I discovered that connection isn’t just about words—it’s about shared experiences, creativity, and understanding. Chess and art allowed me to build relationships across cultures and languages, showing me the many ways people communicate beyond spoken conversation. This realization became a core value in my life and ultimately led me to the field of therapy.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, those healing from trauma, and families looking to strengthen their relationships. My approach is flexible and collaborative, centered on meeting you where you are and finding what works best for you.

Specialties:

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Neurodivergence (Autism, High Anxiety, ADHD, OCD)

  • Family, Parent-Child & Individual Therapy

  • LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care

No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in finding your voice, your confidence, and your connection with others.
