Do you find yourself struggling in relationships?
Are you finding yourself at a loss due to communication issues? Do you feel like no matter what you try, things never change? Does it cause you immense stress, anxiety, or even hopelessness? You’re not alone. Whether it’s an intimate partner, family member, roommate, co-worker, or friend, relationships can be difficult to navigate no matter what age or stage of life you are in.
If you have been trying to change your thoughts, feelings, and communication patterns without any luck you’re in the right place.
Am I a good fit for you?
I work alongside individuals, couples, parents, and children to find healthy alternatives to problematic behaviors and communication patterns. As relational beings, finding balance in relationships is an integral part of everyone’s life. We enter into every relationship with our own unique experiences that inform the way we interpret, respond, and act. That is where I come in: to process through some of those experiences that might influence your thoughts, actions, and behaviors. I hope to partner with you to identify core issues and not just treat symptoms so your relationships can flourish. My approach involves seeing how the past influences the present.
I have spent years learning about the most effective and evidence-based interventions and approaches and always integrate them into my practice. I continuously participate in trauma, anxiety, depression, and distress tolerance training to stay informed so that I can provide the best care possible to my clients.
If you are an individual, couple, or parent ready to take the next step toward healing, I invite you to reach out to me.
